Things do in Santa Teresa Costa Rica

Time is the only obstacle that I can think of when you’re in Santa Teresa Costa Rica. Why? There are so many things to do here and it can all depend on the weeks and months you  stay here. Always prepare at least two weeks to experience  all the exciting activities.


Santa Teresa is about the beaches and Costa Rica is renowned as of the Top 10 best beaches in the world. Trip Advisor Travelers Award 2010 awarded #1 Santa Teresa Beach in Central and South America.


Almost all activities revolve in the beach and you can swim day and night, sun bathing in an exclusive beach, strolling along the beach or just taking photographs along the coastline. You can do snorkeling and this is a great way to explore the beach.


Why not learn surfing? There are many good surfing schools in Santa Teresa and Malpais that have quality programs that not only teach surfing but also taking care of the environment. Costa Rica has been worlds renowned for the beaches and the surrounding forest and it's only best to take good care of it.


Try to relax and take yoga. The best Yoga teachers live in Santa Teresa and it’s a privilege to be their students.

For a seasoned surfer then you can proceed to the famous Suck Rock,  one of Costa Rica's best barrels in the northern part of Santa Teresa.


Are you tired of the beach? Then let us explore the Jungle and hop in a Canopy Zip line and experience a thrilling ride from above. After a tiring activity you can dip in the Montezuma waterfalls or just enjoy the small bars in Malpaisbeach.


After that you can watch the local animals such as our famous  Howler monkey is one of the more famous residents together  with a unique variety of flora and fauna ranging from anteaters, armadillos, toucans, sloths, sea turtles, red eyed tree frogs and the amazing red and blue headed iguana's. 1/3 of the worlds species are here in Costa Rica, I’m sure you will be amazed at sights and sounds you have never experience in your life.
